【摘要】 [目的]分析小儿病毒性心肌炎动态心电图的特点。[方法]对120例患儿动态心电图资料进行回顾性分析和总结。[结果]120例患儿动态心电图均有不同程度改变,心律失常最多见,共110例,占91.7%;心肌复极改变50例,占41.7%;传导阻滞30例,占25.0%;异常Q波4例,占3.3%。24 h内,同一患儿表现2种以上心电图改变78例,占65.0%等。[结论]病毒性心肌炎患儿动态心电图改变的比例由高到低的顺序依次为心律失常、心肌复极改变和传导阻滞。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study was to analysis the characteristics of dynamic electrocardiograph(DCG) for children with viral myocarditis.[Method] The DCG data of 120 children with viral myocarditis were analyzed and summarize.[Results] The DCG data of 120 children were changes in a degree.The electrocardiograms appeared arrhythmia were 110 cases(91.7%),50 cases in changes of myocardial repolarization(41.7%),30 cases in conduct block(25.0%),4 cases in abnormal Q-wave(3.3%).78 cases appeared 2 or above changes in the electrocardiograms in 24 hours.[Conclusion] From high frequency to lower frequency changes of DCG for children with viral myocarditis were arrhythmia,changes of myocardial repolarization,and conduct block.更多还原
