【Abstract】 A new type of automatic spot welding controller for reticulate frame made by reinforcing steel bar is introduced,and the working principle,hardware circuit and software of the control are described in detail.This controller is based on single-chip microcomputer AT89C51,and it can realize automatic welding,line voltage compensation,welding current and voltage display through the combining of constant current and voltage supply control with varied sets of standard parameter storages,fault self-diagnostic programs and system self-protection ability.更多还原
