【Abstract】 Speeding up the new socialist villages is of vital importance,especially in the frontier ethnic minority regions.Dali Prefecture embraces a good opportunity in this endeavor,but on the other hand needs to brace up for a grave challenge.It must consistently stick to the development of economy as a central task,improve the farmers’ overall competence,further preserve the ecological environment,push forward the tourism as a mainstay sector,and make even more efforts in cultural activities and political democracy pursuits of the rural areas.At the same time,we need to take care for and coordinate the disparities between different places.更多还原
