浅谈600MW机组湿法脱硫吸收塔的工艺设计
Discussion about 600 MW Unit Wet Desulphurization Absorber Design Technique
【摘要】 石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统中,吸收塔是最为关键的系统之一,其设计直接影响到脱硫系统的性能参数和运行可靠性。本文结合广东某600MW机组吸收塔的设计实例,对结构尺寸、内部件及防腐等关键工艺设计进行了阐述,以便为国内同类型脱硫工程吸收塔的设计提供借鉴及参考作用。
【Abstract】 The absorber is one of the most important elements in the limestone-gypsum wet FGD system, and its design directly affects performance and operating reliability of the FGD system. Using the 600 MW unit absorber tower design in Guangdong as an example, this paper discusses some of the key techniques, such as structural dimension, internal parts and anticorrosion. It provides a reference for other similar tower design in the nation.
