【Abstract】 This paper is concerned with the concepts and practic- es of third-party ship management,its purpose is to give a sys- tematic research on the business scope and management regula- tions of the third party ship management companies on the basis of a comprehensive,accurate understanding of the companies’ current situation and developmental tendency both at home and abroad.Meanwhile it puts forward some adviees on standard- izing the companies’ management in order to create a fair com- petition environment and promote a favorable development of professional ship management industry.更多还原
