【Abstract】 A high voltage supply module applied to IGCT performance test is designed.The characteristic of IGCT is mentioned.The module with ARM which has many merits is applicable in various areas.The configuration and principles of the modules,the strongpoint of their work in series are introduced in detail.The feasibility of supply modules system for IGCT performance test is proved by a high voltage on/off experiment.更多还原
