【摘要】 国家与社会的结构直接决定着公共治理的模式。我国现正处于国家与社会结构从一种“强国家-弱社会”向“强国家-强社会”的结构模式转变。相应地,我国的公共治理模式也在逐渐地变化,即逐步朝治理主体多元化、治理方式民主化、治理过程高效化、治理目标科学化的方向转变,而在公共治理模式转型的过程中存在的不少问题还需要我们去思考和解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure of state and social determines the model of public governance directly.China is now at the structure from "strong state-weak social" to "strong state-strong society".Correspondingly,the public governance model is gradually changing:some powers return to market and civil society gradually;the governance becomes more democratic,efficient and scientific.In the meantime,there are still many issues that we need to think about and solve.更多还原
