新时期我国高校危机的特征分析及危机管理策略

【摘要】 高校作为科研和高层次人才培养基地,在社会发展中具有特殊地位。一旦这一领域的特殊群体出现危机,其影响是不可估量的。借鉴一般危机管理理念,结合高校自身的特点,找出一套符合中国特色的高校危机管理策略,对保证高校建设稳步发展具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 As a scientific research strategic place and the high level talented person cultivation base,universities play special roles in the society development.Once the crisis appears in this special community,its influence is inestimable.Using the general crisis concepts,combining the universities characteristic,and finding a set of management strategies to conform to the universities crisis with Chinese characteristic are the guarantee for the universities development.
