【Abstract】 The issue of runner blade cracking which occurred on the rehabilitation runner of 1# turbine in Liujiaxia HPP was introduced in this paper.Several causes such as casting defect,Von Karman vortices,stress concentration at the outlet region near the band had been analyzed and the remedy measures such as enlarging transition radius at the outlet region near to the band junction,sharpening the blade outlet edge and improving the operation condition to avoid vibration had been adopted.更多还原
