基于矢量合成的三电平空间电压矢量调制方法
A Space Vector Modulation Method of Three-Level NPC Inverter Based on Synthesizing Vectors Concept
【摘要】 提出一种将电压中矢量由冗余小矢量合成的空间矢量调制方法。其基本思想是将中矢量的一部分分解为邻近的小矢量,即中矢量合成参考矢量的一部分效果由邻近的小矢量完成,这样在减小中矢量对中点电压影响的同时,又增加了小矢量对中矢量的补偿作用。在系统动态运行中,若电容电压出现不平衡则可以通过调整冗余小矢量的相对作用时间进行补偿,由于中矢量的部分作用时间均分给相应的小矢量,因此补偿效果明显。仿真和实验结果证实了本文所提调制方法的正确性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a novel space vector modulation method of three-level NPC inverter is proposed. With this method, middle vectors are synthesized partly by redundant small vectors. Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the proposed method for NP potential control vector based on synthesizing vector concept can make the average NP current zero, and do not influence the NP potential within every sample period. Moreover, the effectiveness of compensation for departure of the NP potential during the system dynamic processes is significant because of the distribution of active time of middle voltage vectors to that of corresponding small voltage vectors. Finally, simulation and experimental results are given to verify the validity of the proposed method.
