【Abstract】 Some uncertain,even controversial,issues concerning safety objectives,safety requirements and safety assessment for decommissioning are discussed,with the conceptual system for decommissioning safety taken as a starting point.Suggestions on perfection of the framework of regulations and standards and on technical R&D in the regard are made.更多还原
