【摘要】 目的探讨膝部骨折术后康复措施的介入时机,使膝关节功能最大限度改善。方法将120例患者随机分成对照组、实验组各60例,对照组在拆除外固定后才实施康复护理;实验组在术后第1天即介入康复护理,包括心理护理,主动锻炼,使用下肢CPM机,电脑骨创伤治疗的辅助冶疗。对其关节功能的恢复情况进行对比观察。结果实验组膝关节功能明显优于对照组(p<0.01)。结论对膝部骨折术后早期实施综合的康复护理措施,有利于膝关节功能的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the best timing of implementing the nursing measures after the knee fracture operation so as to improve the functions of the knee joints to the greatest extent.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into comtrol and experimental groups respectively,each group had 60 patients,then at different time,we take nursing measures,such as psychological nuring,voluntary exercise,use feet CPM machines and the assisting computer treatment for the bone wounds;We compared the effects of the 2 groups.Results:The functions of the knee joints of the experimental group were obviously superior to that of the conrtol group(p<0.01).Conclusion:To take comprehensive nursing measures early after the operation for the knee fracture will evidently improve the functions of the knee joints.更多还原
