【Abstract】 In general, our country’s real right law is formulated successively. It adopts many of our country’s recent academic achievements in the field of real right law as well as some foreign advanced experiences. However, there are some defects of legislative technique in it. After analyzing these defects, the essay puts forward some proposals to improve legislative technique of our country’s real right law, which are expected to be beneficial for the modification and perfection of our country’s real right law.更多还原
