【Abstract】 Through summing up the old China’s experience and lessons in constitutionalism,and learning extensively the constitutionalism achievements of Soviet Union and other countries,the first generation leaders of the Chinese communist party had formed the scientific constitutional concept on the constitutionalism main body,constitutionalism procedure,constitutionalism content and structure.They had made the Constitution in 1954 upon the concept.The scientific constitutional concept of the Party’s first generation leaders has important value for the present age.更多还原
