HEV用锂离子电池智能管理系统
Smart management system of Li-ion battery for HEV
【摘要】 在混合动力汽车(HEV)的应用中,锂离子电池组在大电流充放电一段时间后,会出现上限电压参差不齐和在低压附近时场管异常开关等问题。设计了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320LF2407A(包含了均衡、自锁和电量显示电路)的智能管理系统。该系统可有效地保护锂离子电池组,实现能量的回馈并提高电源的利用率。
【Abstract】 In the application of hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),the Li-ion batteries had some problems after a period of high current charging and discharging,such as the upper limit voltage became uneven,transistor turned on and off abnormally at low voltage.The smart management system based on digital signal processor(DSP) TMS320LF2407A(including equalizer circuit,self-lock circuit and electric quantity display circuit) was designed.The system could protect Li-ion batteries effectively,absorb the feed-back energy and improve the utilization ratio of the power source.
