小麦品种抗麦红吸浆虫鉴定及抗性评价

【摘要】 2004—2006年利用一套较完整的田间抗性鉴定方法,对425份生产推广品种(审定品种)、优质麦、区试品种及品种资源进行了抗麦红吸浆虫鉴定。结果表明,不同小麦品种(系)对麦红吸浆虫的抗性差异显著,抗性较好的品种(系)有56份,其中高抗占13.18%、中抗占12.71%、低抗占23.29%、感虫占20.47%、高感占30.35%。在近年已审定品种中,石7221、良星99、1457、衡71-3、中麦9、石新822、石家庄11号7个品种对麦红吸浆虫均表现出较稳定的抗性。鉴定出对麦红吸浆虫抗性较好的新品系18份,没有鉴定出对麦红吸浆虫抗性较好的优质麦品种,其鉴定结果为生产和育种部门利用抗虫品种提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 Resistance to Sitadiplosis mosellana of 425 wheat varieties and germplasm resources were evaluated in field from 2004 to 2006.Results showed that there was significant difference in resistance to S.mosellana.56 varieties had better resistance to S.mosellana. Among them,the highly resistant,moderate resistant,low resistant,susceptible and highly susceptible varieties were 13.18%,12.71%,23.29%,20.47% and 30.35%,respectively.Shi7221,Liangxing99,1457,Heng71-3,Zhongmai9,Shixing822 and Shijiazhuang 11 of examined varieties in recent years had stable resistance to S.mosellana.18 new varieties were evaluated to have better resistance to S.mosellana,but no excellent quality wheat varieties were resistant to S.mosellana.This result will be useful for breeding and application of resistance varieties.
