【摘要】 论述了面向多元开发主体的实施性城市设计的内涵,认为融入型城市设计和独立操作型城市设计都无法解决当前城市设计实施中的问题和矛盾,提出的解决的思路是城市设计的编制由封闭转向开放,城市设计的成果由方案转向控制,城市设计的思维由静态转向动态,城市设计转变为衔接法定规划与开发建设的一种法定文件,最后通过上海南站商务区建设导则项目验证了其可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the connotation of implementary urban design for multi-developers. It argues that both transforming the urban design into the regulatory detailed plan and getting the legal sta-tus for urban design can not solve the problems and conflicts in the implementation of urban design. Therefore it presents some advices on the implementary urban design including open formula-tion process,function-shifting from the blue print to the control; flexible design ideas and transforming the urban design into statutory documents connecting the legal plans and the development. At last,its feasibi-lity is validated in the project of Shanghai South Sta-tion Business District Construction Guideline.更多还原
