【摘要】 张家口与北京市具有高度的生态关联性。近年在张家口投几十亿巨资进行的防沙固沙、流域治理等生态建设工程,一定程度上抑制了生态退化,但难以根本解决这一区域的生态问题。张家口生态敏感区内大量低层次产业结构和贫困带的存在,使生态治理成效容易出现反弹,成为影响生态环境最主要的原因。所以,这一区域生态环境的持续、根本改变,需要北京与张家口在生态建设与产业发展方面积极合作,北京帮助张家口发展新兴产业,推进城镇化发展,实现生态敏感区的劳动力转移。更多还原

The ecological construction in the area has just restrained the environment degeneration in some extent .Many lower-technology industries and poor population are in the ecological frangible area, which offset the effect in ecology construction, are the basic seasons of environment degeneration. So its most important that the cooperation between Beijing and Zhangjiakou in ecology construction and industry development, which helps Zhangjiakou to develop new industries, to put forward urbanization, and move the population to town.更多还原
