燃煤锅炉卫燃带的设计校核计算
Calculation method for designing heat-insulating layer on furnace waterwall of coal-fired boilers
【摘要】 为解决卫燃带的结渣问题,提出卫燃带向火侧表面温度计算及控制的设计准则,同时提出炉内火焰与水冷壁管及卫燃带间的集总参数换热模型,并利用此模型建立燃煤锅炉卫燃带敷设面积、厚度、表面温度的代数计算公式.应用该模型对一台1025 t/h锅炉定压运行煤粉炉的卫燃带进行设计传热计算,计算结果与实际情况基本吻合.
【Abstract】 In order to avoid slagging on the heat-insulation of furnace waterwall,a designing criterion for flame-side surface temperature calculation and control is proposed in this paper.And a heat exchange model between fire,furnace waterwall and heat-insulation is also proposed.An algebraic calculation model for area,thickness and thermal conductivity of the heat-insulation is thus established.The proposed criterion and model are verified in heat-insulation designing and heat exchange calculation for a 1 025 t/h PC-fired boiler,and the calculation result is consistent well with the actual situation.
