热处理对Li2O-P2O5玻璃电性能的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on the Electrical Properties of Li2O-P2O5 Glasses
【摘要】 采用熔体淬冷方法制得锂磷酸盐玻璃粉体,粉体经干压成型后进行热处理,并进而测定了热处理样品的电性能。结果表明,在高于和低于玻璃转变温度(T_g)的温度下进行热处理时,样品的电导活化表现出了不同的变化趋势,但随着热处理时间的延长都逐渐趋于一个恒定值。
【Abstract】 Lithium phosphate glass powder was prepared by quenching the melt in water.Then the glass samples were prepared by dry-pressing and heat-treatment and their electrical properties were examined.It was found that the variation of the activation energy for conduction,E,for samples heat-treated at temperature lower than the transition temperature(T_g)is different from that for samples heat-treated at temperature higher than T_g.As the heat-treatment time prolongs,however,E for all the examined samples gradually tends to a constant.A possible explanation for this experimental phenomenon was proposed based on analyzing the effect of heat-treatment on the microstructure of the samples.
