高分子网络微区沉淀法制备纳米NiO粉体

【摘要】 采用高分子网络微区沉淀法制备了纳米级NiO粉体。该方法是以硝酸镍和尿素为原料,以丙烯酰胺为有机单体、以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水浴63℃中加热凝胶。采用TG-DTA、XRD、TEM等手段分析的结果表明:在600℃煅烧的粉体颗粒细小均匀,粒径在35~45nm,并且单分散性好。凝胶过程是在高分子网络内形成微区沉淀,且彼此独立,加热煅烧时在未发生团聚前分解,保证烧结粉体的单分散性,从而解决了其它方法普遍存在的团聚问题。

【Abstract】 Nano-NiO powder was prepared by micro domain precipitation in the polymer-network.The products were characterized with X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermal gravitational(TG) and differential thermal analysis(DTA).The results show that the obtained nano-NiO powder possesses monodispersity and uniform particle size of 35-45 nm.This process for preparing nano-NiO powder was simple and low-cost.The dominant characteristic of the process is that it forms independently micro domain precipitation in the polymer-network,while this kind of micro domain precipitation has decomposed before the aggregation occurs,which can ensure the monodispersity of the as-calcined NiO powder.Thereby the process can solve the problem of aggregation brought from the other methods.
