【摘要】 企业家人力资本计量及其参与分配的问题已成为社会关注的热点问题,本文对国内外学者关于企业家人力资本计量及其参与分配计量的研究进行综述,结果发现目前关于人力资本计量的方法还很难全面准确地反映企业家人力资本的价值,由于企业家人力资本价值计量上的困难导致了企业家人力资本参与企业分配的研究与企业家人力资本价值的计量割裂开来,有待于我们进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The question of valuating entrepreneur′s human capital and its participating in distribution becomes a hot topic. This article summarizes the researches on them from home and abroad. We find that the model of measuring human capital can′t evaluate it exactly, the difficulty of measuring human capital makes the research on human capital participating in distribution separate from human capital measurement, it needs further research.更多还原
