利用钛铁矿制备纳米碳管
Synthesis Carbon Nanotubes with Natural Ilmenite as the Raw Material
【摘要】 钛铁矿综舍利用发展的必然趋势是节能降耗,减少环境污染,加快研发综合利用钛铁矿中铁、钛两种组分的新工艺。以廉价钛铁矿为原料,利用微波等离子体化学气相沉积法,直接制备了纳米碳管,并在适当的条件下,同时将其中的钛氧化物碳化而获得纳米碳管碳化钛复合粉体材料。纳米碳管能有效地分散碳化钛颗粒,从而得到分散均匀的粉体材料。
【Abstract】 The new technique to improve comprehensive utilization of ilmenite resources should be focused on an energy-saving and pollution-free solution which offers the benefit of parallel efficient utilization of both iron and titanium content. In this paper, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are synthesized by microwave plasma CVD directly from an inexpensive raw material source, ilmenite. Under the appropriate conditions, titanium oxide is carbonized and a titanium carbide/carbon nan-otube composite is obtained. CNTs disperse titanium carbide efficaciously, as evidenced by the well dispersed composite.
