微波合成LiFePO4的工艺研究
The Study on the Technics of the LiFePO4 Synthesized by Microwave
【摘要】 采用多模谐振腔,使用溶胶-凝胶结合微波合成工艺,制备出了LiFePO4材料。分析了多模谐振腔内的场强分布情况,通过XRD、SEM研究了不同微波辐射时间和微波功率对合成产物形貌、组成的影响。实验表明,微波法可以快速合成纯相的LiFePO4材料。
【Abstract】 Using the multi-mode resonance cavity the LiFePO4 materials are synthesize by sol-gel combining with microwave. It is analyzed that the distributing of the electric field intension in the multi-mode resonance cavity, the effect of the microwave radiation time and the power on the surface topography and the constitute of the production are investigated by XRD, SEM. The experiments indicate that pure LiFePO4 can be synthesize by microwave in a short time.
