W型铁氧体Ba(ZnxCo1-x)2Fe16O27的微波吸收性能
Study on the Microwave Absorption Properties of W-type Ferrite Ba(ZnxCo1-2Fe16O27 Composites
【摘要】 使用溶胶-凝胶法制备了W型Ba(ZnxCo1-x)2Fe16O27六角铁氧体。在Ku波段(12.4~18GHz)测量了铁氧体与环氧树脂复合材料的电磁参数,并计算了单层复合材料的微波吸收性能。结果表明,当x=0.2,层厚为2mm的单层铁氧体复合材料具有优良的宽频吸收性能;在整个Ku波段,反射率都小于-10dB;吸收峰位于14.1GHz,峰值约为- 20.0dB。
【Abstract】 A Sol-gel method is used to prepare W-type Ba(ZnxCo1-x)2Fe16O27 hexaferrites. The electro-magnetic parameters of the ferrites composites are measured at the Ku (12.4~18GHz) waveband, and the reflectivity of single-layer composites is calculated over a range of frequencies. The result shows that when x=0.2 and 2mm thickness, ferrite composite exhibit excellent absorption properties. The reflectivity of the composite is lower than -10dB over the full range of Ku, and the absorption peak is at 14.1GHz is about-20dB.
