【Abstract】 In this review,the elemental property and preparation method of ZnO-based semiconductor thin film are introduced,and research progress in photoluminescence and magnetic property is researched.Photoluminescence mechanisms,p-type doping,p-n junction and diluted magnetic property of ZnO-based semiconductor thin film are discussed in detail.At the same time,the latest developments and obstacles are analyzed and discussed.更多还原
