【摘要】 医疗费用增加的原因是多方面的,但医学专业知识所带来的医患信息不对称是否会带来供给者诱导需求从而导致医疗费用的增加?文章研究了垄断竞争市场中的供给者诱导需求及其大小的决定因素,并加入了患者的不完美信息对于诱导需求的影响分析,以及如何提高医生的努力程度/服务水平。文章最后给出了相应的政策含义。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are many reasons for the rapid increase of medical expenditure in China.Is supplier-induced demand,which is caused by the information asymmetry in the medical knowledge,one of them? This paper studies SID and the factors that determine the degree of supplier-induced demand from different perspectives,especially the influence of imperfect information on supplier-induced demand and how to improve the quality of medical service.In the end,some suggestions are put forward.更多还原
