【摘要】 目的:评价培本宁肺法对慢性阻塞性肺病(Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease,COPD)临床疗效及肺功能的影响。方法:将117例中医辨证属肺肾两虚证的COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,治疗组(59例)服用具有培本宁肺功效的中药复方肺康宁胶囊,对照组(58例)服用金水宝胶囊;疗程均为3月。观察两组患者的总疗效、呼吸困难量表及肺功能的改善情况。结果:治疗组总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);呼吸困难量表积分较对照组明显降低(P<0.01);肺功能较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:以培本宁肺立法的中药复方肺康宁可以提高COPD稳定期患者的临床疗效,改善呼吸困难及肺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of TCM Therapy by Principle for Peibenlingfei(PBLF) on curative effects and pulmonary function of patients with Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease(COPD) in Stable Period.Methods: One hundred and seventeen patients with COPD were randomly assigned into 2 groups.The 59 patients in the treated group were given Feikangning Capsule(FKL) which has the effect of PBLF and the 58 patients in the control group were treated with Jinshuibao Capsule(JSB) alone.They were observed for the improvement of clinical curative effects,dyspnea scale and pulmonary function.Results:Results showing significant difference between the two groups in the evaluation of curative effects,dyspnea scale and pulmonary function(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBLF Principle can improve the patients’curative effects,dyspnea scale and pulmonary function.更多还原
