汽车传动轴中间支承的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Vehicle Propeller Shaft Supporting Bracket
【摘要】 针对传动轴横梁的开裂问题,对传动轴中间支承横梁进行有限元仿真分析,计算不同转速下支承吊架的应力分布情况,对其进行结构改进,并对改进前后进行道路试验,试验表明改进后的结构传动轴支承横梁处的应力大大减小,效果明显。
【Abstract】 As the problem of propeller bracket craze, we use the finite element analysis to vehicle propeller shaft supporting bracket, calculate the stress distributing of various rotating. Brought out the improvement scheme, besides validate the result in experimentation. The result of experiment indicates that the stress and vibration of vehicle propeller is proper.
