【Abstract】 In the novel Beloved,Toni Morrison stressed on the spirit world of the female protagonist Sethe.According to the literature theory about the image-kind grouping,this thesis considered the image of Sethe was a typical mental-kind im- age.Though the author less described Sethe’s appearance and acts,she displayed her lonely endurant and motherly suffering heart exquisitely and movingly.更多还原
