【Abstract】 Passing by on the other side originally attributes to the category of moral adjustment. But in the current situation, the ability of moral adjustment is not equal to its ambition, which should be regulated by the laws. This paper puts forward the reasons of establishing the crimes of passing by on the other side, and demonstrates the sig- nificance of the crimes of passing by on the other side in the criminal law. Combined with the overseas lawmaking cases, it brings forward the opinions about establishing the crimes of passing by on the other side.更多还原
