聚乙二醇支载羧酸酯参与三级醇的液相有机合成研究

【摘要】 聚乙二醇分别与乙酰氯、苯甲酰氯和3,4-二氯苯甲酰氯在Et3N存在下方便地得到了3种聚乙二醇支撑的羧酸酯,继而与格氏试剂反应制得了一系列的三级醇.该合成方法操作简单,产率高,粗产物纯度较高.聚乙二醇支载的羧酸酯可循环使用,对环境友好.

【Abstract】 Reaction of poly(ethylene glycol) with acetyl chloride,benzoyl chloride and 3,4-dicholo benzoyl chloride in the presence of Et3N readily gave rise to the corresponding PEG bound carboxylic esters,which was treated with different Grignard reagents resulted in the generation of a tertiary alcohol library in good yields and purities with convenient manipulation and easy purification of products.These soluble polymeric reagents exhibited enough reactivity for this reaction under mild conditions.Moreover,it can be regenerated and reused as environmentally benign reagent.
