【摘要】 目的探讨介入治疗在产科重度出血性疾病中的应用价值。方法9例由不同原因引起产科子宫出血性疾病采用Seldinger技术行双侧子宫动脉栓塞术进行介入治疗。包括前置胎盘3例,其中合并部分性胎盘植入1例。子宫收缩乏力4例,胎盘早剥1例,剖宫产手术后子宫切口血管破裂1例。结果9例患者均抢救成功并保留了子宫,无明显并发症。结论该方法为产科各种原因引起子宫大出血提供了微创、快速、简便的止血方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of interventional radiology in severe postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 9 cases of postpartum hemorrhage by different cause were performed uterine artery embolization to Seldinger Interventional radiology.They include three placenta previas,one of them is partial placenta implantation and four uterines contraction hypodynamia and one placental abruption and blood vessel rupture after lower segment cesarean section.Results Nine patients are all saved and successed to keep their uterines with rare complications.Conclusion Interventional radiology proved to be very effective and fast and simple in the treatment of severe postpartum hemorrhage by different causes.更多还原
