【摘要】 运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计分析等方法,对参加全国第七届大学生运动会游泳比赛的教练员和运动员的实地问卷调查和对参加全国体育院校游泳比赛的教师和运动员的问卷调查,综合分析我国高校办高水平游泳队的现状调查分析,在现状的基础上提出发展对策研究,我国目前高校高水平游泳队学生来源以专业游泳队的队员为主,经过系统学校教育的学生较少,生源不平衡。学训矛盾是绝大多数高校办高水平游泳队的面临的主要问题。经费不足是影响高校办高水平游泳队重要因素,物质条件的短缺严重影响高水平游泳队的发展和提高,应予以重视和解决。我国目前高校高水平游泳运动员多数存在文化基础知识不牢,文化水平低,在大学学习理论知识较难。学习困难是提高教育水平的障碍,影响培养高文化知识和高竞技水平的人才办学目标。部分运动队存在训练水平低,量小质低和科研跟不上,诸多因素影响高水平游泳队的提高和发展。由于各高校争相开办各自高水平游泳队,对体育院校生源产生分流,影响了体育院校的生源质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of literature review,questionnaires and mathematical statistics,the coaches and athletes who have taken part in the swimming competition of the Seventh National Undergraduates’ Sports Meet and the teachers and students who have taken part in the swimming competition between the national P.E.Institutions are surveyed in order to make an comprehensive analysis and investigation of the current status of the high level swimming teams in colleges and universities and to propose a developing strategy accordingly.It is shown that currently the resource of members of high level swimming teams in colleges and universities is not well-balanced,as most of them come from professional swimming teams,very few being trained by the schools themselves.The main problem for these schools to maintain a swimming team is the contradiction between study and training.As most of the schools are lack of funds,it has seriously affected the development and improvement of high level swimming teams in the schools and therefore should be paid attention to and dealt with immediately.Other problems such as lack of fundamental knowledge and academic learning,learning difficulties in the college are faced by many student athletes who are currently studying in colleges and universities.Learning difficulty is an obstacle to improve one’s educational level,and may influence the realization of school objectives in the cultivation of highly learned and skilled talents.On the other hand,some sports teams in these schools have very low training standard with low training quantity and quality and can not keep up with the development in science and technology,which have affected the improvement and development of the swimming teams.Finally,as so many colleges and universities try to keep their own swimming teams,the resources of students for many P.E.institutions have been influenced and as a result,the quality of their recruitment of students have been affected.更多还原
