【摘要】 稀土元素钆及其合金是磁制冷技术的首选材料,提高其耐蚀性是磁制冷技术应用的一个关键问题.在Gd中掺入少量Cu,用真空电弧炉熔炼成Gd1-xCux二元系列合金,用X射线衍射仪确定合金相组成,金相显微镜观察了合金的微观组织形貌,能谱法分析了Cu在组织中的分布.结果表明,Cu主要以GdCu5的形式存在于晶界处,随着Cu含量的增加,晶界的数量增加,Gd1-xCux(0≤x≤0.3)合金在HNO3(pH=1)水溶液中的腐蚀速率减小.

【Abstract】 Gd and its alloys are the most important magnetocaloric materials,but they are easy to causticize.Thereby enhancing their anti-causticities is a key problem in magnetic refrigerant technology.Gd was doped with a little Cu in WS-4 arc welding furnace under vacuum-melting condition to form certain alloys,whose phase structure and microstructure and the concentration of Cu in the microstructure were investigated by MiniFlex X-ray diffraction,Axiovert metallographic microscope and Noran Quest L2 energy spectrometer.The results show that the erosion resistances of Gd1-xCux(0≤x≤0.3) in HNO3(pH=1) compounds are enhanced with increasing the concentration of Cu.
