【摘要】 目的探讨头皮针进行小儿胸骨骨髓穿刺的方法及应用价值。方法对72例患儿应用7~9号头皮针进行胸骨穿刺术。结果72例患儿均穿刺成功,其中1次穿刺成功68例,2次穿刺成功4例。整个手术时间仅3~5min,患儿痛苦小,无一例发生意外及感染。骨髓标本均取材满意。结论应用头皮针进行小儿胸骨骨髓穿刺优于传统穿刺法,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application and significance of bone marrow puncture to infantile sternum with scalp acupuncture. Methods 72 infant patients were applied sternum bone marrow puncture with scalp acupuncture from number 7 to 9. Results All these 72 cases were successfully punctured,in which 68 cases were successful within one time and the rest with two.There is little pain and satisfactory marrow sample.It takes only from 3 to 5 minutes in every operation.It doesn’t happened accident and infection. Conclusion Sternum bone marrow puncture to infantile with scalp acupuncture is better than traditional method and thus deserves popularization.更多还原
