【摘要】 目的:研究c-jun在地鼠颊囊黏膜癌前病变和鳞癌中的表达。方法:采用60只金黄地鼠DMBA诱导颊囊黏膜癌前病变、鳞癌动物模型,取材,HE染色,选择正常组23例,上皮单纯增生组22例,上皮异常增生组22例,鳞癌组29例,经免疫组化SABC法检测各组c-jun的表达。结果:c-jun蛋白阳性表达主要在细胞核。在正常黏膜、上皮单纯增生及上皮异常增生中阳性表达以基底细胞及棘细胞为主,阳性表达位于细胞核。在口腔鳞癌中c-jun阳性表达多数位于癌巢中各层细胞,少数仅位于癌巢中的棘细胞,阳性表达多数定位于细胞核和细胞浆,呈弥漫性分布,细胞膜也可见阳性表达。c-jun免疫组织化学各组染色等级分布差异具有显著性(Z=16.84,P<0.01)。各组阳性表达率比较差异具有显著性(χ2=13.71,P<0.01),上皮异常增生组(77.27%)、鳞癌组阳性表达率(55.17%)高于正常组(26.09%)(P<0.05),上皮单纯增生组(36.36%)与正常组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),上皮异常增生组高于上皮单纯增生组(P<0.05)。染色程度变化趋势:上皮异常增生组最强,鳞癌组次之,正常组最弱。结论:c-jun参与了金黄地鼠颊囊癌前病变和鳞癌的发生与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of c-jun in precancerous lesion and squamous cell carcinoma tissues of hamster buckle pouch mucosa.Methods The models of premalignant and malignant lesions were established in hamster buckle pouch mucosa induced with DMBA.The expressions of c-jun in 23 oral normal mucosa, 22 abnormal epithelial hyperplasia and 29 oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) were measured with immunohistochemical SABC method.Results c-jun mainly expressed in basal cells and prickle cells in normal mucosa,simple and abnormal epithelial hyperplasia,its positive expression was in nucleus.c-jun expressed mainly in various layer cells of OSCC,its positive expression was in nucleus and cytoplasm.There were significant differences of positive expression rate between various groups(χ2=13.71,P<0.01).The positive expression rates in abnormal epithelial hyperplasia(77.2%) and OSCC(55.17%)were higher than that in normal mucosa(26.09%)(P<0.05).The positive expreesion rate in abnomal epithelral hyperlasia was higher than that in simple epithelial hyperlasina(36.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusion c-jun may play an important role in malignant transformation of oral benign lesions.更多还原
