【摘要】 文章对图书馆2.0的起源,WEB1.0与WEB2.0的区别以及WEB2.0与语义网的异同做了介绍。目前WEB2.0的技术应用主要包括Tag、Blog、RSS和WIKI等,并对WEB2.0技术在图书馆中的应用进行了阐述。图书馆2.0是以用户为中心的互动服务模式。用户既是知识的接受者,更是知识的创造者。

【Abstract】 this article introduces the origin of Library 2.0,the difference between WEB 1.0 and WEB 2.0 and that between WEB 2.0 and WEB of semantic meaning.Now the techniques WEB 2.0 uses are mainly Tag,Blog,RSS,and WIKI.The application of these techniques in library is also discussed.Library 2.0 is a reader-centered service model of interaction in which the readers are both receivers and creators of knowledge.
