【摘要】 目的在北京地区建立一套稳定的ABO血型系统基因分型的诊断方法,为临床疑难血型定型工作提供技术保证和输血安全保障。方法通过Multiplex-PCR-RFLP技术和PCR-SSP技术建立起ABO血型基因分型方法。结果所建立的分型方法具有良好的重复性和稳定性,在各种分型检测中均取得了理想的试验结果。结论建立一套较为完善和实用的基因分型方法,为进一步研究中国人ABO亚型的分子基础提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a diagnostic method for ABO genotyping and to provide a simple and reliable technique for safe transfusion and identification of complicated blood group. Methods ABO genotyping method was developed by using multiplex-PCR-RFLP and PCR-SSP techniques. Results We developed a set of methods, which were stable and accurate for ABO genotyping. This diagnostic system were excellent for ABO genotyping after implementation. Conclusions We have established an reliable ABO genotyping diagnostic system.更多还原
