荧光分光光度法测定薏米中的痕量锗
Spectrofluorometric determination of trace germanium in Coix Lacryma-jobi
【摘要】 目的以荧光分光光度法为基础建立测定薏米中痕量锗的新方法。方法于0.1 mol/L的HAc~NaAc体系中,在溴代十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,苯芴酮与锗形成橘红色络合物的最佳条件。结果当络合物的最大荧光峰在524.4 nm,Ge(IV)在1×10-2~1×10-3ng/mL范围内,F符合比耳定律。F=1.067 47C+0.521 0(r=0.995 6),C为Ge(IV)浓度(ng/mL),其标准偏差为2.25%。结论该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于薏米中痕量锗的测定,效果良好。
【Abstract】 Aim To find a new method that the trace Ge(IV) in the coix is determined with fluorescence spectrophotometry.Method Researching the optimal condition that in the system of 0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc and CTMAB,phenylfluorone can react with Ge(IV) to form orange colour complex.Results When the maximum fluorescent peak is 524.4 nm,Beer’s law is obeyed within the range of 1×10-2 ~ 1×10-3 ng/mL of Ge(IV),F=1.067 47C+0.521 0(r=0.995 6),where the C is the Ge(IV) concentration(ng/mL),and the standard deviation is 2.25%.Conclusion The method of determining trace germanium is efficient and of good selectivity,and its analysed results are satisfactory.
