【摘要】 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法对北京高校综合性体育馆经营现状进行了研究,主要研究结果如下:北京市综合性体育馆主要分布在体育院校和重点综合大学里;在建设上具有明显的赛事搭车特征,在投资上,政府拨款与学校自筹、社会捐赠相结合。体育馆在经营收入构成上,以全民健身、文艺演出、场馆辅助用房出租三项为主,部分体育馆能实现“以馆养馆”,并向学校上缴创收利润。体育馆在经营中存在的问题主要有经营自主权不够,无形资产开发滞后、经营管理人才缺乏等。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of documentary review,questionnaire,interview,and mathematical statistics,the status quo of the management of comprehensive gymnasiums in Beijing universities have been systematically investigated and researched.The results are as follows.Beijing comprehensive gymnasiums are mainly located in sports institutes and key universities.The establishment of most gymnasiums is usually followed by sports events.The fund for building them is usually government-allocated,self-raised and donated by society.The income of these gymnasiums is mainly from three sources: public sports activities,entertainment shows,and lease of functional rooms.Some of them have realized self-operation on their own income.The problems mainly consist of insufficient granting power in management,delayed development of invisible assets and lack of managerial talents.更多还原
