【摘要】 采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对江苏省苏北地区高校教师的体育生活现状进行调查研究,结果表明:教师体育生活动机合理并有提高生活品质和改善自身形象的目标倾向;体育生活时间大多在下午或傍晚时分且经常参加体育活动的人数不多;体育生活相对空间较大,但绝对空间仍然紧张;体育生活内容欠丰富,媒介体育信息来源多为电视、报纸和网络;体育生活形式则以小群体和个人自发组织形式为主;影响教师体育生活的主客观因素有缺少时间、缺乏兴趣、锻炼意识不强、缺乏场地设施和组织指导等。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of documentary review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the present situation of college teachers’ sports life in the north of Jiangsu province is researched.The results are as follows.First,the motivation of teachers’ sports life is reasonable and college teachers are apt to improve their qualities of life and their images.Second,they often do exercises in the afternoon or in the evening and there are only a few people participating in exercises regularly.Third,there is a lot of relative space for sports life, but the whole space for sports life is still limited.Fourth,the contents of sports life are not rich and sports media information most comes from TV,newspapers and Internet.Fifth,the organization forms of sports life are mainly small group type and voluntary type.Sixth,the subjective influencing factors of sports life include lack of time,lack of interests,lack of exercise consciousness, lack of facilities and lack of organization and directions.更多还原
