【Abstract】 To build up effective teaching management is the basic guarantee for universities to carry out teaching successfully and it is indispensable for universities to achieve its goal,which is to develop talented people.Based on the dissipative structure theory,it point out that the key of teaching management construction is to build up the dissipative structure.At the same time,it also brings forward ways to improve teaching management,such as building up of open management system and knowledge organization.更多还原
