2K-H型差动轮系传动效率简化计算的研究
Study of Transmission Efficiency Simplified Calculation of 2K-H Differential Gear Trains
【摘要】 以2K-H(A)型(iH<0)差动轮系为例,通过分析轮系中3个基本构件输入输出的组合关系以及角速度关系,得到了24种传动方案,通过验证,只有8种方案合理。根据两中心轮的角速度方向,最终归纳出了差动轮系效率计算的简化公式。利用简化公式,不必判断转化轮系中啮合功率流向,只要求出转化轮系的效率和传动比就可以计算出差动轮系的效率。所归纳的公式也适用于其他类型的2K-H型差动轮系。
【Abstract】 2K-H(A) differential gear trains are taken as an example,by analyzing input output combination and angular velocity relation of three basic components.Twenty-four of them of transmission schemes are gained,but only eight of them are rational by validating.According to angular velocity direction of gears,final transmission efficiency simplified formulas are induced.By the formulas,according to the efficiency and transmission ratio in the transformation gear train,the efficiency of differential gear train can be easily gained without the judgment of meshing power flow direction.The formulas are also fit for other 2K-H differential gear trains.
