酶对羊毛织物防毡缩工艺的正交优化
Orthogonal Optimization of Shrink-proofing Technology of Enzyme on Wool Fabric
【摘要】 通过正交实验研究枯草杆菌中性蛋白酶对经H2O2氧化预处理后的羊毛织物防毡缩的整理工艺.通过合理设计正交实验,并对处理后织物的各项性能指标进行分析,确定出防毡缩的最佳工艺条件:中性蛋白酶的浓度4%(o.w.f.),反应温度40℃,反应时间35 min,pH=7.采用最优工艺处理的羊毛织物,面积毡缩率由对照样的9.31%降低至2.11%,失重率控制在2%以内,织物基本没有损伤,可以达到很好的机可洗水平.
【Abstract】 An orthogonal experimental method was used to explore the shrink-proofing process of subtilisin protein enzyme to wool fabrics,which had been pretreated with hydrogen peroxide.Through a reasonable design of orthogonal experiments and analysis of various performance index of treated fabrics,the optimum technology conditions were determined as the following: the concentration of protein enzyme is 4%(o.w.f.),the temperature is 40 ℃,the treating time is 35 min,and the pH is 7.Applying this optimal technology to the finish of wool fabric,the relative area shrinkage could be reduced to 2.11% compared with the 9.31% of the untreated fabric.The weight loss of sample could be controlled within 2% and the fabric was hardly damaged.Thus a very good machine-washable level could be achieved.
