【摘要】 石家庄市水资源匮乏。地下水水质较好,超采严重,地表水污染严重。石家庄市饮用水水源的水质合格率为90.8%,自来水和污水处理成本不断增加导致水价持续上涨。石家庄市水资源利用中存在的主要问题有:水资源严重短缺、市民节水意识较淡薄、污水处理能力较低、中水回用率低等。针对存在问题需要采取加强水源管理、加大建立节水型社会的力度、保护地下水资源、加强污水处理和中水回用、防止水源地污染、开发新水源等措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water resources are overly scarce in Shijiazhuang.The water quality of groundwater is good.The groundwater is utilized in excess.The surface water is seriously polluted.The eligible rate of drinking water source is 90.8% in Shijiazhuang.The water price is continuously rising because the treatment cost of tap water and sewage is unceasingly increased.In Shijiazhuang,the main questions of water resources utilization include serious lack of water resources,the resident light consciousness to save-water,low sewage treatment ability and the recycling rate of reused water,etc.Many countermeasures are proposed to resolve those questions,for example,enhancing management of water source,enlarging the establishment water-preservation society,protecting groundwater resources,enhancing sewage treatment and water reuse,preventing water source pollution,developing new water source,and so on.更多还原
