猕猴桃花粉萌发的影响因子

【摘要】 试验以美味猕猴桃4个株系帮增1号、201、35-19N1、35-18N1为材料,测定不同株系花粉的活力和花粉萌发动态,并以蔗糖、硼酸、钙、锰、钼、氯化钠等作为环境因子,看其对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:35-19N1萌发和活力最高,萌发率为51.73%;帮增1号萌发最差,萌发率为36.23%。在培养基中硼酸和蔗糖最适宜浓度分别为:150mg/L、10%;培养基中添加Ca(NO3)25mg/L,或Na6Mo7O2480mg/L、MnSO4100mg/L,能明显提高萌发率。不同株系花粉的发芽势高峰有差异。NaCl对花粉萌发和花粉管生长有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Taking 4 clones of dainty kiwi fruit,’Bangzeng 1’,201,35-19N 1,35-18N 1 as material,the pollen vitality and germination trends of it were examined.Adding sugar,boric acid,Ca,Mn,Mo,NaCl etc.as environment factors,the effects of it to the pollen germination and pollen tube growth were observed.The results showed that;The pollen germination and vitality of 35-19N1 were highest,the germination rate was 51.73%;while those of ’Bangzeng 1’ were worst,the rate was 36.25%.The optimum concentration of boric acid and sugar added to the culture medium was 150 mg/L,10%.It could increased the germination rate significantly by adding Ca(NO3)2 5 mg/L or Na6Mo7O24 80 mg/L,MnSO4 100 mg/L to the culture medium.There was difference with the peak of pollen germination power among the various clones.NaCl had inhabited actions to the pollen germination and the pollen tube growth.
