现场检测用谷丙转氨酶光学生物传感器研究
Research on Optic Biosensor for Field Detecting of Alanine Aminotransferase
【摘要】 研制了一种新型现场检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的光学生物传感器。该生物传感器基于目标检测物ALT与底物的专一性反应,促使敏感膜发生颜色变化,该变化在可见光范围内660nm处发生特异性的吸收,利用自行开发的ALT光学传感器系统,基于光的吸收/反射原理从而达到检测目的。利用该生物传感器进行血清学研究,在20~150U/L时具有较好的线性关系,线性相关系数0.987,检测时间60s,可以满足现场检测需要。
【Abstract】 A optic biosensor for field detecting of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) was developed on the basis of spectral absorption/reflection principles and the reaction for ALT and the substrate.It was experimentally demonstrated that the absorption peak was nearly 660 nm,and the absorption peak decreased in an increased ALT concentration-dependent manner.Based on this technique,a new kind ALT optic biosensor was constructed.A favorable linearity is presented in the range of 20~150 U/L,and the correlation coefficient(r) is 0.987.The results for detecting serum ALT can be displayed in 60 s at room temperature,and can meet the need of on-site determination for ALT.
