【摘要】 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及张力蛋白和辅助蛋白同源、第10号染色体丢失的磷酸酶(PTEN)的表达在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的作用及其相互关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测40例骨肉瘤组织、20例骨软骨瘤组织中MMP-2、PTEN蛋白的表达情况,并分析两者之间表达的相关性。结果MMP-2在骨肉瘤组织中的阳性率为65%(26/40),而在骨软骨瘤组织中的阳性率为0,差异具有显著性(χ2=7.253,P<0.01)。PTEN蛋白在骨肉瘤组织中的阳性表达率为55%(22/40),而在骨软骨瘤组织中为90%(18/20),两者相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.164,P<0.05)。在骨肉瘤组织中,MMP-2和PTEN表达强度之间呈负相关(r=-0.403,P<0.05)。结论MMP-2和PTEN与骨肉瘤的发生、发展以及侵袭、转移有关,且两者具有相关性,联合检测MMP-2和PTEN的表达将对骨肉瘤的早期诊断、预后判断有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of matrix mental protein(MMP-2)and(PTEN)in osteosarcoma and their clinical significance as well as their correlation Methods Immunohistochemistry(S-P method)was applied to study the expressions of MMP-2 and PTEN in tissues of osteosarcoma(n=40)and osteochondroma(n=20).Results Expression of MMP-2 was positive in 65% of osteosarcoma(26/40)and negative in osteochondroma,while expression of PTEN was found positive in 55% of osteosarcoma(22/40)and 90% in osteochondroma(18/20).The difference between them was significant(χ2=4.164,P<0.05).Negative correlation was observed between the expression of MMP-2 and PTEN in osteosarcoma(r=-0.403,P<0.05).Conclusion MMP-2 and PTEN may be related to the carcinogensis and metastasis of osteosarcoma.Detection of MMP-2 and PTEN expression is of certain significance in early diagnosis and assessment of its prognosis.更多还原
