【摘要】 目的探讨脱细胞异体组织补片在口腔黏膜组织缺损修复中的应用,为口腔黏膜缺损修复提供新的方法。方法2004年8月～2006年1月,应用T-1型脱细胞异体组织补片对36例口腔手术后的组织缺损创面进行修复,其中软组织创面33例,骨创面3例,术后随访6个月,观察其临床效果。结果36例病人中1例骨创面修复失败,其余35例口腔缺损创面均修复理想,未发生排异反应。修复区外观平整,触之柔软,弹性良好,与正常口腔黏膜颜色相近。总成功率为97.22%,而软组织修复成功率为100%。结论异体脱细胞组织补片是一种理想的修复口腔黏膜及黏膜下软组织缺损的生物材料,而对骨创面的覆盖修复,其作用需进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of allograft acellular dermal matrix(ADM) in the repair of oral mucosal defect. Methods Oral mucosal defects after oral operation(n= 36) including soft tissue defects(n=33) and bone defects(n=3),were repaired with allograft acellular dermal matrix.Post-operative follow-up lasted six months and the clinical effect was observed. Results During six-month follow-up,soft tissue defects were all wel1 repaired by allograft ADM,bone defects was repaired successfully in two cases,one failed,with the total success rate 97.22%.No rejection was recorded.The repaired mucosa was smooth,tender and elastic,which was similar to the neighboring area. Conclusion Allograft acelluar dermal matrix can be used as a substitute for reconstruction of oral mucosal defects,but its application in bone defects yet to be studied.更多还原
